Prices and sales fell again in January across the GTA. The buyers' market in existing, single family homes is more pronounced. However, Condo sales are holding up fairly well.

In our last newsletter, we discussed first time buyers or those wanting to move up market having a great opportunity and that it was a good time to start looking for those bargains.

Our broker, Ken McLachlan, owns one of the biggest brokerages in the world with over 500 agents and he's added two offices in this recession. His blog reinforces our messagefrom last month and is worth a read.

For a more in-depth analysis of the real estate market have a look at our main articles and our website.
