One Mean Bellini
Don’t you hate when your belt winds up in the
dryer? Forego the teeny weeny bikini for one day and indulge in a ‘Who
Shrunk My Belt Bellini’ courtesy of Cocktail
Deeva Dee Brun. One or more of these and your waistline worries will
wither away without warning.
1.5 ounces regular or flavoured vodka
2 ounces chilled water with
1 packet sweetener
2 ounces lime juice
6 large cubes of fresh watermelon
1 cup smashed ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until
smooth. Pour into a tall chilled glass and garnish with a chunk of
watermelon.
